We asked Imam Suhaib Webb a question and here’s how he answered it!

Suhaib Webb, commonly known as Imam Suhaib Webb, has an inspirational story. He was born in 1972 in Oklahoma, USA, in a Christian family. His grandfather was a preacher of Christianity. However, at the young age of 14, Suhaib Webb’s interest in religion faded. In an attempt to discover spirituality, he tried various things. Somewhere during that time, he tried becoming a local Hip-Hop DJ and worked with a few music artists as well.

However, his spiritual journey introduced him to Islam and in 1992, he said his shahada and converted. After that, he acquired a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Central Oklahoma. In the meantime, he learned Arabic and got in-depth knowledge of Islam which led to him being hired as an Imam at the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City.

Since then, he has climbed the ladder of Islamic knowledge diligently and is being followed by millions of Muslims worldwide as an inspirational figure and guide on religious matters. His Snapchat stories are very popular amongst the Muslim youth as he is using the platform to address important Islamic issues and matters.

So who wouldn’t like to interview an inspirational figure like Suhaib Webb? On the blessed day of Friday, the 8th of December 2017, we decided to contact Imam Suhaib Webb and request him for an interview in the following words.

To this, a man of his caliber and influence replied with utmost humility and modesty in the following words.

His fans loved his answer. Some said “Ameen” to the dua made by the Imam.

While others shared their relatable views with the Imam.

We, at IslamicFinder, are extremely moved by his modesty. His message surely is of importance for all the Muslims and is something all of us should live by. We would like to end this post with the Dua shared by Imam Suhaib and pray that Allah accepts it for the entire Ummah.

“Allah stand me, forgive me when I fall, trip or get too weak to stand”

P.S: We hope Imam Suhaib bestows us with his time and shares a few tips for the Muslim youth to follow.
