Over the past few months, the Athan team has been working relentlessly on an interactive women-centric feature, specially curated for Muslimah needs. Finally, it’s time to reveal the good news, and we’re beyond excited to announce the launch of ‘Athan Pink’ in our Islamic application.

Also, being able to mark your prayer excused instead of being forced to leave the Salahs unchecked gives a sense of motivation and makes you feel closer to Allah SWT when you need it most.


How Does It Work?

To switch to Athan Pink mode in Athan App:

Go to the 'More' section in the bottom panel.
Tap on 'App Settings.'
Open the 'Athan Pink' tab.
Switch to ‘Athan Pink’ using the Toggle switch.

To Auto-excuse your prayers during periods:

Set 'Start Date.'
Set 'Period Length.'

In the end, tap 'Done' to save your settings.

Now, all your prayers will be marked 'excused' for your cycle's duration.
